This Samoan proverb guides my leadership at Neuro Connection Foundation. It reflects my belief that the quality of care we provide within our centre has a far-reaching impact - touching the everyday lives of our clients and their whānau.​

I bring senior leadership experience in driving equity programmes across public health and workplace inclusion. My work spans people experience, organisational development, and strategic funding support within the education and not-for-profit sectors. I also provide governance leadership through active service on multiple charitable boards.
